Women's Empowerment
Women create life and hold families together. Yet in the Tansa Valley, generations of inequality kept their dreams out of reach.
We’re changing that. Through our Self‑Help Groups (SHGs), women gain knowledge, tools, and training – plus the confidence to demand more. Now, they start businesses, support each other, and uplift entire communities in the process.

What We Do
What progress looks like
Women learning new skills and opening new businesses across the valley.
Children growing up seeing mothers not just as caregivers, but as leaders.
Villages shaped by women’s voices and visions.
We envision community members, collaborators, employees, supporters, and donors becoming ambassadors of our holistic, interdisciplinary approach. Through their support, we aim to raise awareness and attract resources to strengthen our work.
We unite women so that together, they can rise. Armed with tools, micro-loans, and collective power, they transform ideas into income – and confidence into lasting change.
